Architecture has been a lifelong passion of mine, beginning with a blueprint I first encountered in elementary school. I studied Architecture and became a licensed architect in Korea, with professional experience at Daewoo Engineering & Construction. After relocating to the United States, my husband and I founded and operated our own construction company, gaining hands-on experience across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Bringing together my experience in architecture, construction, and real estate-related financial considerations, I can look beyond a property’s appearance to understand its value, functionality, and potential.
